If you’re having trouble seeing the member videos after signup there’s a few things that can cause problems and can usually be fixed easily.
First, just try refreshing / reloading the page you want to access. It is often a saved version of the page you accessed before signing up.
If this doesn’t work then try the following steps:
Please ensure you have logged out of all devices used to access the site (phone, ipad, laptop etc). Clear the history and cache on the device you are looking to log in on and then restart your browser. Try and log in again and you should have access to your content. Any pages that show a message saying you need to have membership to access, just refresh / reload the page.
