Strength & conditioning is becoming more and more popular with athletes involved in fight sports.
Even in Thailand the Thais are starting to incorporate this into their training regimes alongside their padwork, clinch and roadwork. This module goes through step by step the training methods my and my S&C coach, Steve Campbell, use in the run up to a fight.
