Clinch work is is one of the most intricate yet gruelling aspects of Muay Thai.
Many fights are won and lost in this area, and being able to clinch well is a massive part of fighting. In this section we will look at all the different aspects of being a good clincher, from dominant arm positioning and locks, to creating space to land big knees and elbows inside the clinch, to being able to execute high scoring dumps and throws that will tire your opponent out.
